When you search for a product, our advanced search engine only shows sellers who are located nearest to where you are.
In most situations, the sellers will be located in the same locality as you. Thus it is most probably that you may get the delivery of your product within the same day or even within the next couple of hours when an order is placed during the first half of the day.
Our NPOS (or Nearest Point Of Sale) engine ensures that the product is delivered asap. In most situations, the product will be delivered to you directly by the seller. In such cases the sellers may be acceptable to the product being checked by you before acceptance.
If incase the product is delivered by a courier agent, who are only responsible to deliver the product, accepting returns is not their prerogative nor will they entertain that. You may in such a situation claim for a RMA.

For your information, sellers get automatically rated based on the number of days it takes for them to deliver the product. So it is in their interest to deliver the product to you asap, or if possible, the same day itself.

A hard copy of the invoice is sent along with your order. We also attach a soft copy of the invoice to the delivery confirmation e-mail we send you. Invoices are available on the My Orders page if you need them later anytime.

You can delete your saved card information on GotBolted in two ways:
1. At the time of paying with a credit or debit card, you can see your saved card(s) & delete a saved card by clicking on ‘Remove this card’.
2. You can also delete your saved card(s) through the My Account section. Navigate to ‘My Account > Payments > My Saved Cards’ and you will be able to see your saved card(s). You can now delete a saved card by clicking on ‘Remove this card’.
Your saved cards can be seen when you choose credit or debit card option to pay and you can select the one which youd like to use. Enter the CVV number of that card (we do not store it) and click on the ‘Pay’ button. Youll also have to enter the card’s 3D Secure password.
If you have paid for your order with EMI, the full amount will be charged on your card the day of the transaction.
Within 7 days, you will see a credit for the full amount. The first EMI charge will occur subsequently. If your cards billing date falls within those 7 working days, you need to pay only the EMI amount to the bank.

Yes. If your saved credit card is eligible for your bank’s EMI program then you can use it for making an EMI payment. SBI, Amex, ICICI, HDFC and Citibank credit card holders are eligible for EMI schemes.

It means that the stock for the product is not available with our sellers at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now. You can use our Notify Me feature & we’ll let you know right away once it’s available!
It usually costs our sellers more to ship low value items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if you shop with them for a certain amount. For more information, check the individual seller’s policy on the product page.
Delivery times shown vary as they are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the seller, your delivery location and the courier partners time to deliver to your location. You can check this time for your location just by entering your pincode on the product page.
Such items are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller. The Preorder duration varies from item to item.

No. While GotBolted Advantage was the tag for all items listed by sellers who used our partner warehouse services, the GotBolted Assured’ badge is only given to select items based on certain criteria such as product quality and delivery timeline.
You can make a part of the payment using your Wallet if the balance is not enough, and pay the remaining amount using any other prepaid payment mode like Credit/Debit Cards, GotBolted Gift Cards, and Netbanking.
Please note that Wallet cannot be combined with Cash On Delivery (COD) payment mode for now, and bank offers will not applicable for partial payments from Wallet.
